This is a right hand instrument.

If you are left-handed, the serrated edge will be on the wrong side of the bottom of the tool. It would be so easy to make a scalloped edge on both sides!

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Some small things

Make no mistake, good for paring knives

I had two of these wing knives in the 1990's that I use to peel citrus; I don't know what happened to them. I've tried stick knives - they were abysmal. I couldn't find this knife for a long, long time; then as soon as I found it on Revain I immediately ordered it. You can't go wrong with this scrub!

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Seniors

Works well. on graters, peelers and slicers

I have problems with hand-eye coordination and have found that not all knives are the same. I decided to purchase the Brix Wing Knife after reading some positive reviews and am very glad I did. What used to take 10 minutes now takes around 5 and can be done so effectively. Satisfied customer.

Pros
  • understandable even for old people
Cons
  • Not the best

Great kitchen tool

This is my second citrus peeler. I've been looking for another for a long time. I love it. Once you've cut the fruit's skin open, you can peel anything quickly, grapefruit is particularly easy, and instead of cutting the fruit in half and eating it with the skin on, you can eat the whole fruit once you've removed the skin. clean.

Unique cleaning knife and very good design G

A lot of the reviews here are about a can opener and not about this product. I'm doing a knife-knife-knife review. There is nothing to compare. Jagged edges make it unique. For thick-skinned oranges, this is an unbeatable option. It is cut into quarters, then the end is sliced into each segment to remove the skin. This end is also good for coring. The best I've found.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Difficult to say

You still have to use your fingers.

Although it allows me to cut the peel without cutting the orange, it is not as easy to use as shown in the video. The device doesn't slide easily under the skin to unscrew and I'm afraid I'll hurt myself if I do it the way the video shows. I still need to use my fingers and the point here is to get rid of the need to use them.

Pros
  • I hold my fists
Cons
  • Functionality

Best as a lemon zest!

I like it. Although I think it works better as a lemon peeler because the skin is thicker and the serrated edge somehow handles this knife better. I have an old, I mean old, Tupperware orange peeler that outperforms this orange peeler. This knife has a thin, straight edge and appears to be slicing straight through orange peel. But in general, if you can find straight-edged orange knives, they might be a better choice. (Maybe if you can find old Tupperware at a flea market?)

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Unbelievable price
