May not fit or have all required parts

The price was really good and the delivery was fast. Installation was a big problem. It was sold as a replacement for the fan model I have, but the spindle was longer, the power cord was shorter, the mounting screws were a different diameter, and no hardware was included. I was expecting to replace the new one with the old one, but I had to remove the bracket, flip it, rotate the motor 90 feet and find the two nuts because the old motor had a different bolt and nut than this one. For replacing the exhaust fan in the bathroom. At first I thought I made a mistake buying it knowing it wasn't made for that, but I wanted the little extra performance it has. It didn't fit like the old motor because this motor shaft is too long. After thinking for a few minutes, I finally attached it to the bottom of the fan bracket instead of the top.
