Every week I cut four heads of iceberg lettuce and three heads of romaine lettuce for my family's salad. I just cut them in half and stuffed them in and it works great, other wholesale salad cutters are 300.00 so using the Brochette Express is a real winner!

Small vegetables are really hard to come by to work in layers as shown. For layers of meat that fit in the block, this works well. Best value for money item I could find.
