Works with Big John/raised toilet seats, ideal for seniors

My elderly dad needs a raised toilet seat because he is too weak to lift off a regular toilet. That means it's also too weak to get up and wash properly, a problem I knew a bidet could help with. Unfortunately, it seems like most bidet heads won't work with most raised toilet seats, particularly the Big John W1 toilet seat that I chose for my dad. The toilet seat is perfect and he loves it so I decided to test as many bidet heads as necessary to find one that fits him. I literally bought five…

I ordered one of these thin brondell bidets to try out a few months ago. We already had a Luxe Bidet Neo 185 that we have been using in the master bathroom for 2 years. The rest of the household wanted their own. The price, the solid brass construction of the innards, and the quality fittings and plumbing from a company known for their high-end bidets lured me into trying this. After two months of use, I preferred the Thinline Brondell, although it doesn't have as many features as the Luxe…

I'd recommend quickly wiping down to knock down the stalactites and stalagmites, rinsing out the corn hole, and then giving it one final pass to remove any drips, drips, and anything else that might be lurking beneath the mountainous hemorrhoid terrain. that have developed over the years. Cold water is pretty soothing, but if you like pansies, get a warm water model. Water pressure can blow shells off a…

How come few of us in the US have a bidet?

First of all. Buy a bidet and you will never look back. Or do you need to re-wipe the back? We have used a bidet since our trip to Japan in 1997. We witnessed this great hygienic cleaning and wondered why westerners (at least those of us in the US) never used it. Now of course we're starting, and at reasonable prices now, everyone needs it. Everyone who stays in our guest room goes home and orders one. European porcelain bidets are dumb in my opinion. If you want to poop, hobble to another…
