I never got a chance to use the product. I ordered it twice and both times it arrived broken. I decided not to try for a third time. I know that the product can arrive intact because two of my daughter's ordered one each. One daughter had to order twice before she received one that wasn't broken. They both like theirs and it serves the purpose it was intended for well. It just needs to be packaged better with a bag to keep any pieces in and a box to protect it. Good luck if you order one.

I'd looked for a sturdy towel ladder (for a shower room) for quite a while. This works so well; we positioned the ladder so that four towels can hang clear of each other, and the rubber covers on the "legs" ensure that the ladder doesn't move or scratch the floor. Towels are out of the way and dry quickly, so we are very pleased with this purchase.

Over all, the blanket ladder is ok. It’s a lot more light weight than I anticipated, but it holds four blankets without issue. However, my ladder came in a beat up box and is missing a part.

I bought this and is missing the rubber piece on the end how do I get one sent to me without sending this back? Thanks for attention.

We were disappointed by the flimsy feel of this product. It may be lightweight but it’s not sturdy. Had this been a heavier metal section round or square it would have been much better and acceptable. No assembly was required.

We just built a new house and there wasn't a good functional place to hang a towel bar. This one does the job, but the packaging was damaged and we think one of the feet fell out of a hole in the box. We have this leaning against the stationary side of the shower door and our towels hang on it, but with normal sized bath towels only the top 2 rungs can be used, otherwise they touch the floor. With a towel on each of the top 2 rungs, the towels don't get the best airflow for drying out within 24

This is exactly what I wanted in our main bathroom. If holds towels close to the shower. That solved a logistical problem with the layout.I also like that this lightweight ladder is easy to use in multiple rooms.

I haven'r used it yet, but upon taking it out of the package I could see it was exactly what I needed. I am using it for towels and clothes. It is light weight, but not cheap. The color I ordered is as described.

I like the product, the packaging was not the greatest. The box was too big and there wasn't enough packing inside. By the time it got to my mailing house the tape had separated from the box top. The item was not damaged. On the ladder itself, only one side of the bottom was angled. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that, i don't think it is. It will still work for me because I will use this on carpeting so no one will see the bottom.

Great option for this style! I was pricing out many options and initially close this for the price, but it has been a FANTASTIC addition to my decor. So much so that when I needed another ladder for a bedroom, I looked this back up to purchase another! I really appreciate being able to have the decor I like with the budget I need!

Definitely a nice sturdy towel rack. I was hoping for a blanket rack for living room. It didn't match but I put it in my bathroom and it's great!

This product looks fine but it’s lightweight and flimsy. Arrived bent so it has to be angled for both rungs to be in contact with the wall. It looks decent but is definitely lower quality.

The product came very quickly and was decent quality. I was just a little surprised at how lightweight is. I have knocked it over several times.

Excellent. Much better quality than expected. Light weight. Much larger than expected as well. It comes already put together. It’s one piece. I thought it would come de assembled. It also has rubber tops on each leg, so that it doesn’t scratch the wall or floor.

Used for towel rack in very small bathroom. Lightweight but sturdy and very low profile. Chrome is pretty. No assembly required. Great value. I liked it so much I bought one for the other bathroom.

A little too light weight. Had a hard time fitting more than 2 blankets on it before it started to wobble. I have little kids so definitely worry about them toppling it over.

My only complaint is that I wish it were taller - since it LEANS against the wall, it looks shorter than I wanted it to be & it doesn't need to be so wide. Otherwise it's nice & it works great. I love it in my living room.

I have a glass shower enclosure and this worked perfectly to lean against the shower for towels!The item is silver - chrome color and the rubber tip ends are clear & round (resembling crystal). It came assembled. Just needed to remove plastic & it was ready for use!There was a tiny spot on one side that had the finish rubbed off. I believe this was from fairly unprotected packing. I wanted the ladder to store/display my scarves. It arrived intact and I like the size and finish. However, one of the rubber tops on the end of one let was missing on arrival, which would allow the leg to scratch the floor/wall. I contacted customer service and they promptly shipped two leg covers. I'm very pleased with the product and the customer service.

This was a wonderful idea for organizing blankets! I absolutely love how it keeps blankets nearby without having to dig into a closet or pick them up off the floor when you need them.This arrived all put together, so that was a huge plus since I didn't have to assemble it. It is also very light and easy to move around. Helps keep our living room looking neat and clean!
