The DEFAULT company does not include the USB cable required to install the printer! How is that even legal? The website asks you to "borrow" the printer cable. From here? By whom? The installer WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO INSTALL THE PRINTER WITHOUT A USB CABLE! An absolute joke from the company and the last Brother printer I will ever buy.

I played around with the new HP printer for hours but it never worked properly. The roll has always been a bit off. Threw it on the garbage heap. Now I was able to take this Brother out of the box, follow the clear instructions, insert the disc, load the software, then press print on the document and it printed! I used UBC cable. It took me half an hour to do everything and I'm not a techie. And it prints so fast! I am very impressed and happy!

I wish I had bought this printer years ago! I received this device earlier than expected. It was only sent to me in the packaging but was in perfect condition. It took longer to deploy than it did to install and use. The directions could have been improved a bit, but I just took my time and used common sense and it worked without too much effort.
