Review on Brother HL-L2320D Mono Laser Printer: High-Quality Printing at an Affordable Price by Scott Rodriguez

I wish I had bought this printer years ago! I received this device earlier than expected. It was only sent to me in the packaging but was in perfect condition. It took longer to deploy than it did to install and use. The directions could have been improved a bit, but I just took my time and used common sense and it worked without too much effort. Also, in fairness, I suspect the CD that came with it probably has a much better guide than the quick start guide. Based on some of the reviews I read here on Revain, I decided to skip the installation CD that came with this printer and just let my Windows 7 PC find and install the correct drivers automatically. It took about 45 seconds for Windows to install the driver and the printer was ready to go! I bought this unit to replace my Epson 820 which has cost me hundreds of dollars in ink cartridges over the years. It seemed like I had to use half an ink cartridge every time I needed to print a page to get through the cleaning process. I love the fact that I don't have to go through this ordeal again! I printed a second copy of all my tax forms (I used to print them on my inkjet printer). I printed all my forms with this device in about 1 minute compared to the first copy of the forms which took me almost an hour! I only used the default quality settings but they were still much better quality than my Epson 820. I'm very happy and very impressed! I would highly recommend it to my friends.
