Brother Genuine TN433BK High Yield 🖨️ Black Toner - Retail Packaging in Optimal Size Review

Works as expected. I've had third party cartridges that didn't work well. There is a price difference but the Brother machine works and the other gave poor quality. Replaced the old device with this one and again a good, crisp, consistent print.

Received an empty cartridge very well packaged. Everything was like a new cartridge, but the box it came in had been opened. When I put the cartridge in the printer, the printer did not recognize the ink in the cartridge. I bought an empty ink cartridge and I can't find the contact number of the store where I bought it.

This cartridge says 4500 pages. I bought it less than 2 months ago. I printed maybe 300 pages max (which is generous) and my printer says I've run out of that ink again. There was also no warning that it was going low, just random. It's very expensive to work less than 2 months if I don't print that much.

This printer cartridge arrived in April but I have not opened it until today (July 2020). The website says this cartridge is compatible with the Brother MFC9340CDW but it's not, now I don't have $80 for a cartridge I can't use. Moral of the story - do not rely on Revain's product rating service to tell you if something is right for the product you are buying for.
