Does exactly what I want

I've been looking for a good budget labeller that can print good labels for a while. I use good quality batteries and I am aware that the tape cassette will not last forever and I am completely satisfied with this machine. When I compare it to others it is cheaper to use, easy to use and the labels look amazing. Not only that, but when I have to remove them, they still come off easily, but not on their own. I definitely recommend using this product without hesitation. In fact, I already know…

  • Complete set
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Works well in office electronics

I am not an experienced labeller. However, this label has worked great for me so far. I've tagged a number of files at work and they're much easier to access now. This label maker is very convenient for office use. Be prepared to go through your first roll of tape very quickly as you will be labeling everything in place. Peeling the tape off wasn't a problem, as noted by some other reviewers. One bug I found is that the default font is big and I prefer small ones. I would have liked an AC…

Good value for office electronics

This labeller does exactly what I need it to do - it prints in two lines. It takes a lot of batteries and seems to drain them faster than previous label printers I've owned in the past. It is also difficult to remove the liner from labels. I've also noticed that it sometimes changes the font size for no apparent reason. Just yesterday I printed 3 labels with fine print. The third label went to the large type as if by magic. So I had to go back to the settings, set the font to a small size and…

Works great, but there is a quirk.

Good1) Excellent product, the labels stick to almost everything and stay legible for years. (I borrowed one of these 2 years ago to label a set of keys and the labels are still in perfect condition) 2) The machine is easy to use and has many options for size, fonts and other effects. 3) The label roll that you can get with the machine will probably be all you will ever need. I was able to make all my labels for many power supplies, my home theater system wiring, all my house keys, my computer…

Pros
  • Same as everything before
Cons
  • Some little things

Hey I love this thing

I've used everything from cheap, clumsy, squeezable plastic label makers to $100.00+ versions that come packaged in their own padded cases. All I know is that this little label maker is fast, reliable, has all the options I need, is easy to set up, and produces perfect labels every time. They stick like they should and come off without a trace when you want them to. The large selection of fonts, styles, etc. is more than sufficient for my needs. It even prints two lines of text if you want…

Pros
  • Useful beyond its intended purpose
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Battery problems render this product unusable!

As someone who has been happy with other Brother products, I think the company is really wrong. I've read reviews that mention batteries don't last long. But for a brand new battery, it's ridiculous to only print about 7 (SEVEN) small labels before the machine shuts down. The biggest shock for me, however, was that this label printer does NOT accept rechargeable NiMH batteries. And remember that there is no power adapter for this device. I think this is a serious design flaw (or defect) that…

Exactly what I needed!

Lately I've been trying to tidy up my house for a while. I'm just fed up with the mess. One of the main reasons I wanted to buy a labeling machine was a tangle of wires connecting to my home theater system. With the power cords for two game consoles, cable box, TV, DVD player, Roku SoundBridge, and Wireless Bridge plugged into a power strip, it was almost impossible to figure out what I had unplugged at any given time. The same thing happened with the A/V cables that tie everything together. I…
