This labeller does exactly what I need it to do - it prints in two lines. It takes a lot of batteries and seems to drain them faster than previous label printers I've owned in the past. I've used everything from cheap, clumsy, squeezable plastic label makers to $100.00+ versions that come packaged in their own padded cases. All I know is that this little label maker is fast, reliable, has all the options I need, is easy to set up, and produces perfect labels every time. As someone who has been happy with other Brother products, I think the company is really wrong. I've read reviews that mention batteries don't last long. But for a brand new battery, it's ridiculous to only print about 7 (SEVEN) small labels before the machine shuts down.
