I enjoy making labels. This machine has more features than I'll likely ever use, but this is a gift from my husband. The case is a little chunky, but I like it. If it had even more slots for additional tapes, that would be useful. I am grateful to those who offered to make label chains. This reduces tape wastage. I like that this machine doesn't cut itself. You have to push the lever.

The labeler works / the problem is that this set is bought with a case. The same item with additional Teipez can be purchased for around $30. $80 presentation with no extra tapes (although there is room for them in the box/area was stuffed with cardboard) You are essentially spending $40 on an ugly black box. Big disappointment as it was a gift that I couldn't return in time.

Works great. Easy to use. Laminated tape labels resist dirt and cleaning. Extra space in the case for cartridges is very useful. I downgraded it one star because all label makers of this type waste valuable input and output tape. Also spends the same amount if you make multiple copies. In addition, the transport case is much larger than necessary for the dimensions of the labeling machine and offers space for accessories.

I bought this for our name tags at work which have double lines and use 18mm tape. Additional aspects are very easy to use and save in favorites. Great font options and I really like the frames too. I put different tapes in depending on what I need the label for. I also like that there is an adapter. The storage box is impressive and sturdy. I don't need Slough but who knows if you're traveling and need to make badges or labels this is perfect.

This labeling machine is amazing. This machine has everything from labels of different colors to different sizes of tape. And unlike a regular printer, you only need one roll of ribbon. No need or space for ink. Bonus: You can add more than just words. Fonts, sizes, and images are just some of the additions. It comes with a beautiful, durable and custom made cover to keep your machine safe and quiet. Do I have to say more.

I agree that ribbon edges waste a lot of ribbon - even if you make them as low as possible, but I understand why this is the case (the nature of the beast is to provide a cutting tool). Plus it's AWESOME! I am very happy with the fonts, different styles and sizes. Unfortunately the screen doesn't give you a real size preview of the sizes, so I had to print a few labels to get an idea of how big/small the different sizes of the printed fonts are. I was intimidated by this labeler when it first came out as I had never used it before. I watched a few YouTube videos on how to use it before starting the labels. My wife suggested I label the toolbox drawers so she can find the tools she needs. This was my first project. I was amazed at how easy (or difficult) it was to create the perfect labels. Folders, file folders and many other household items can now be labeled easily and read easily. This is a great addition to my home.

At first it seemed like too much ribbon was being used. But in reality it's not that much. The font and spacing can be adjusted depending on the amount of ribbon used.
