I agree that ribbon edges waste a lot of ribbon - even if you make them as low as possible, but I understand why this is the case (the nature of the beast is to provide a cutting tool). Plus it's AWESOME! I am very happy with the fonts, different styles and sizes. Unfortunately the screen doesn't give you a real size preview of the sizes, so I had to print a few labels to get an idea of how big/small the different sizes of the printed fonts are. The strap is of good quality, holds up well and is worth the money.
