🔵 Brother SA431 Small Hoop: Convenient 2x1.5 Inches Embroidery Accessory in Blue Review

I love this little hoop! I make a lot of towel sets and use these for my washcloths. It is difficult to clamp the corner of the washcloth well with a large hoop. My results have gotten a lot better since I bought this tire by adding small patterns in areas like this. I also saved a bunch of that expensive stabilizer!

I have a Brother SE-400, great little machine! This tire fits and can be used with the SE-400. Just note that the machine will not know that you are using a different size hoop than the one that comes with the 4" x 4" machine. So you have to use your eye to center the images in the hoop. There might be a way to change this, but I haven't looked for it yet. I'm glad I have this tire. I can embroider small items that don't fit in the 4" x 4" hoop.

I bought the small Brother SA431 2" x 1-1/2" embroidery hoop to use with my Brother PE 500 series embroidery machine and it worked great! The small hoop attaches well to my typewriter and is good for stabilizing fabric for small projects. I have a 4x4 tire but have found I need a smaller tire for hard to reach areas on small children's clothing. With this little headband I can add little patterns and embellishments to make my baby clothes look perfect.

Whilst this looks like a great embroidery hoop it is advertised as suitable for PE-770. It is not. While the mount on this hoop is small bolts, the mount on the ring for the PE-770 requires slots, giving you the opposite of what you need for the PE-770. Other than that, it looks like a great little tire and I'm hoping to find the same one - with the right hardware - for the PE-770.
