They are not as well made, sturdy and not as easy to assemble as the item I was trying to replace. My late father left a coil of cord which I converted into extension cords for my brother and sister. silver screw for white/neutral and gold screw for black wire. Not these forks; The screws are all the same color and there is a tiny N on the plastic formed by a screw in the socket. I assume it meant neutral. I didn't see any markings on the connector.
