48-inch Brushed Nickel Indoor Ceiling Fan with LED Light Kit and Remote - Pylon (3-Blade) Review

I didn't do very good research beforehand. I see many lightbulbs that burn out in a short time. I think we're lucky as we turned 6 months old.

The LED bulb failed on the first few uses. Spare parts cannot be found on the Internet or in stores. Most likely there will be a replacement of the entire fan, having bought it a few months ago. Avoid this fan.

I bought 2 of these fans and within a month the first fan LED popped up and went out. The 2nd fan has been working for almost 3 months with the light working, and now only a small part of the LED block is working and the rest is burned out. I like the look of the fan but something is wrong with the light fixture. I'm hesitant to replace the lighting unit as this seems to be a big problem and cannot be fixed with a new set of LEDs.

I wish I could give this product zero stars. I bought it from a blue big box store and had to replace the LED within two weeks of installation, which the company sent me free of charge. However, after less than a year, neither the fan nor the light are working. The batteries in the remote control are working, the power switch is on. This is just a horribly awful product and I will never use Fanimation again (I'm a contractor who buys about a dozen fans a year).

The main problem with this ceiling fan model is the built-in LED lighting. I bought 3 units of this model and all 3 were installed in February 2017. In less than 3 months the LED on one fan was buzzing with a loud crack and the LED on the second unit went from bright to dim in a matter of seconds. I turn it on and I'm afraid it's about to burn out. I've been looking for replacement LED bulbs or kits for this Fanimation ceiling fan model but so far to no avail. The fan is nice, with good build quality. except lamps. I bought two fans and one immediately had problems with the light. A few days later, both lights went out. A small fire burned in one, the other burned down. These lights are electronic circuit blocks with built-in LEDs, not incandescent bulbs. (It's nothing more than an LED light bulb.) They're completely unique to this fan, so if there's a problem, it's not something you can find in a store. I wouldn't replace them because now I'm not…

The fan looks very nice, but the light on this model is not bright enough from the start and less than a year later the LED assembly was in the lowest position. Contacted the company through the customer service line and no help. Visited the website as requested and no help. The seller then contacted Fanimation for a replacement part and it has gone over a week with no response. The seller also said that he could not get a reply. Would not buy this product again and might not buy another…
