You get what you pay for. As an extra backup brush, they will work, but I would never go for them. First I want to say that they are very cute. The colors and the body are just gorgeous, I love the color. Second, these brushes are very light and very soft! They are individually wrapped in plastic and stored in a pocket in the "housing". Haven't used all of them yet but the brow brush, concealer brush and eyeshadow are my favorites. 🥰

This set is a great set to add to or start your collection. It includes a holder which is great if you don't have anything to put your brushes in. It doesn't come with blending brushes so I gave it a 4 but flat brushes are very useful in makeup routines so it works. The brushes are also easy to clean. I originally ordered this make-up brush set for my 2-year-old daughter who likes "make-up". Upon arrival the brow brush/comb had broken off a small piece which is barely noticeable. These brushes are much smaller than I thought, they are also good for more finely defined lines like waterline, inner corners of the eyes, brow brush for precision or smaller concealer areas. Yes, he has a few brushes, but many of them are duplicates. There were a few brushes that had hairs falling out, which is fine if you need concealer brushes or really small stuff for your makeup, but there are NO blending brushes for your actual eyeshadow, and the large brushes it has , are not big enough.
