If you buy this product and think it will magically remove EVERY piece of silk then keep looking. However, it does a pretty good job of making the most of it.

Corn pickers are harder to find these days but this one is just perfect. It's big enough to get the job done, but the bristles are soft and won't damage or puncture corn kernels.

This brush is great for removing silk from fresh corn. Silk is the only thing I don't like about fresh corn so it was great to find this brush for my summer fresh corn fun. Highly recommended.

works as described! I never realized how handy this thing could be until it came along. Completes tedious tasks quickly. Easy to clean. Passed several bushels with no serious signs of wear. Great product if you can eat a lot of corn.

This is just a toilet brush in a nicer color and attached to a smaller handle. It works fine but it's too big. The brush is so wide that you only use a small area at a time. In addition, the bush has a lower bristle density than small hand brushes and you get an average result. I also found it to be a bit more damaging to the corn because you have to make more exaggerated movements to even out the spacing between the bristles. It works so I have to give 3 stars but there are better options.
