After several weeks of use (not a normal work chair, but a temporary one). This charcoal sticks well, holds its shape and delivers exactly what it's supposed to! I especially like the adjustable height, it gets lower AND higher than more expensive office chairs and the long legs make it great!

This chair works great and looks good. The only thing that came with it was a stain on the white part of the chair. called the company. They honestly weren't helpful at all. They told me to use the magic eraser 🙄. It didn't work so I had to send it back and get another one. I like the chair but I didn't care about the customer service

The chair itself is nice and comfortable. My problem is that the white seat matches the color of your clothes. First it was stained with my jeans, then with my red shorts. This has never happened to any other chair. I like it, I bought the 2nd one but found out about this problem after buying the 2nd chair. Very easy to assemble in less than 5 minutes, only the tools needed (hex key) are included. My stool didn't have much odor as mentioned in other reviews. The legs are nicely chromed metal, no plastic except for the wheels. After using it for about a week I have to say the chair is comfortable, meets all my needs and the vinyl is easy to clean.
