Make sure you choose the lowest LED density strip you need as they are very bright and can draw a lot of current. We recommend applying power (both POWR and GND) about every 100 LEDs. Otherwise, a gradual transition from white to yellow was observed. Also make sure you solder the power connections or use reliable wire connectors. I liked this led strip although I wish it was brighter. I have an old fluorescent light bulb and I was planning on stripping the guts out of it and putting these LEDs in their place. The plan was to swap out the light in the ceiling and then be able to change the colors of the light with my phone. However, they would not be bright enough to replace the light in the ceiling.
