Not Worth the Time: my feedback

This product is a waste of money. The instructions were difficult to follow, and the finished product was unsatisfactory. The only positive thing about this kit is that the materials were of decent quality. However, the frustration of attempting to complete this project outweighs any potential benefits. Save yourself the headache and look for a better Arts and Crafts project in the Cross-Stitch category.

Pros
  • Easy to use for beginners
Cons
  • Requires purchasing additional supplies such as embroidery floss and hoop

Gives a unified look to small projects

These smaller squares seemed to work better than the 10x10 variety. The large ones were a little wobbly and the fabric wasn't square. They only have one downside: the 50 x 50 square sewing area, so double check and count the center point before you begin.

Pros
  • Aida Fabric
Cons
  • High Price

When I bought this I misunderstood and thought it was a regular cross stitch doily. I was surprised it had a frame when it arrived. For the most part, however, it made sewing easier. However, my design was about 5.5" x 5.5" so it was difficult to sew the edges. Otherwise it worked fine for me. However, I would not advise having a design larger than 5" x 5" for future reference.

Pros
  • Needlework
Cons
  • Big and bulky
