I bought these because I needed them for travel. After reading the reviews I was a little worried it would be too rough or too soft. It's soft but I would definitely rate it as medium as I have several Turkish mittens ranging from fine to very coarse. They are medium and soft enough to use on my face (not a harsh scrub) but not soft enough to remove makeup. I like them a lot and think they're great for traveling.

Pros: Not as rude as some others. I have also bought soft Buddha bath towels and really like them for the face and more sensitive areas. But this environment is good for gentle exfoliation. I also have another brand of coarse towels but some days got too much laundering to handle lol. I think it's the perfect environment. Cons: Although they are a good length and I can use them to clean my back, I wish they were a bit longer. I'm a tall man and a few inches more would be ideal.

So glad I found them! My old ones (different brands of the same style) finally needed a replacement. They're great for getting rid of dry skin, and their length makes it easy to clean your entire back and even the soles of your feet. I gave them a 5 for "softness" although technically they're not silky soft, but rather abrasively soft, which is what this product should be. They can be long and skinny or gathered into an elastic band for a soapy wash. The price was great and delivery was on time

I've tried many loofahs and different washcloths but haven't found the quality that would make me want to buy the same again. That was until I found the Buddha bath towels because they are amazing! With the perfect length for general cleansing of your body and just the right amount of roughness to slough off dead cells, it leaves skin feeling smooth and happy! I would like to start by saying they are of decent quality. I ordered 2 packs of medium grit, although I don't think "grit" is the term for it. Texture would be a better description.
