It came with such a horrible smell that I wrapped it back in the box so it wouldn't spread around the house. I didn't even try. I doubt I can get the chemical smell out. He will be returned.

As some other reviewers have pointed out, it's a slightly burgundy hue rather than a bright red, but it worked well for my purposes. I liked the weight (I live in the south where we almost never have winter).

Loved the scarf! Only 2 negatives: 1) When I took it out of the box it smelled VERY strong. I had to spray it with Febreeze to get rid of the smell. 2) It's a lot more swollen around my face than I thought. I knew it was a thicker scarf but it looks more like a winter scarf than a fancy scarf. Overall good quality and product!
