It's very helpful for time management purposes - I don't have any complaints about it other than that! The best thing is that it's easy to use. I like how you can make an appointment with your doctor and how you can send messages back and forth. It's also very convenient because you don't have to wait for someone else to answer the phone. Some of the features are a little outdated. For example, you cannot text people directly from the app anymore. You can only do it through their website. Also, you cannot choose when you want to receive reminders.
