For example, you cannot text people directly from the app anymore. You can only do it through their website. Also, you cannot choose when you want to receive reminders. If you're looking for an easy way to schedule appointments, this is a great option! You can easily set up reminders and send them out to patients. It's also easy to use if you're not tech savvy.
