Misleading - bulbs

Looking for outdoor spotlights. Bought this product. Nowhere in the message is it just about the room, but that's what it says on the box once you get it.

Not very bright I would look for LED

It was only for a short time so I can't comment on longevity but if you are looking for a bright LED it is very dim and dim to suit my Halloween Cemetery scene to light . Went and bought an LED and removed both.

upset. When off, the bulbs look blue but glow.

Disappointment. When turned off, the bulbs look blue but glow more green. I bought these to place in recesses on my porch to show my support for the police. Wanted to "support blue", not turquoise green. To return.
