    Stupid packaging is best in bulbs

    I've used these bulbs before and they've been fine. This time they were badly packed and all broken. I sent them back for a replacement, they came in exactly the same packaging and again they were all broken.

    Fool me once - shame on you, fool me twice - bless Revain's return policy

    First pair, only one worked, the other burned out immediately. Upon returning the first set and receiving the second set, the inner stems of both bulbs were broken and rattling inside the bulb. Eventually I gave up and ordered different bulbs from a different supplier.

    I was on Pinterest and was inspired to make a cool lamp

    Ok, I was on Pinterest and was inspired to make a cool lamp. However, they are far from cool, I think they can use these bulbs in kitchens to keep dishes warm. Hang 6 of these and the temperature in the room rose by the minute. I had to replace them with LEDs. So sad because they are so beautiful. It was also for my office and the light was so warm it was difficult to read.
