I can't move my tongue up and down by the way. I don't need the muscles of the strongest. I love it. I also like that it comes with a backup handle in case of a power outage.

Quality RV Jack at a great price. It wasn't easy to install and it's easy to twist if you don't align it during installation. It's 100x better than the original bushing and works great. It also has a backlight that helps when it's dark outside.

Happy with the product, would recommend to others and great customer service too! I would probably prefer black over white if I bought it again, no big deal but white does show smudges, fingerprints etc (unless hands are clean). So I just have to clean the white more often.

I bought two of these jacks and one broke after about a year but the big problem is the total lack of support. I've called Bulldog/Horizon at least a dozen times, left messages and emails with ZERO replies. It's easy to see how they offer a 5 year guarantee when they never resolve a claim. Save yourself the hassle and buy from any non-Horizon company.

Good strong unit. Light to see what you're doing at night. Like a bubble above so I know the TT level Agree with other posts it's a little slow. But don't worry, it does its job. Update after two years. Now I give 3 stars. The mechanical is still working hard. The reason I left it out is because all the decals are worn off, the markings are gone and there are some black spots on the white plastic. Mold? I don't know, but it doesn't go away. I was a bit disappointed with this product. I installed a jack on my RV and after installing the jack I noticed that the power cord for the jack was damaged so I repaired it. I then connected the power to find that it only retracts, not extends. So I took it apart and found that 2 wires had fallen off the switch and were not holding on to the terminals. While the jack works, the spring pin system is rubbish. I've already had 2 failed pins and to make matters worse, Bully Dog refuses to answer emails or take calls. I have to pay out of pocket to get the replacement parts which will cost $75. They must be covered by the warranty. They replaced my nib the first time under warranty but gave me no response on the main cover or the second broken nib. I'd say avoid it and get something more reliable than that. Depending on how you turn the head, it may get in the way of your propane tank cap as the back protrudes slightly. I definitely decided to install it on the side so that my bed door opens all the way down. I really liked the smooth running of the engine. It feels and sounds pretty strong.
