It was ok but could be better
I was a bit disappointed with this product. I installed a jack on my RV and after installing the jack I noticed that the power cord for the jack was damaged so I repaired it. I then connected the power to find that it only retracts, not extends. So I took it apart and found that 2 wires had fallen off the switch and were not holding on to the terminals. So I crimped the terminals tighter to make them stay. Needless to say I am not thrilled with this jack and if I wasn't in such a hurry to install the jack on my trailer I would probably be sending it back.
