⌚ Bulova Archive Series: Computron Watch - 96C139 Stainless Steel/Blue - One Size Review

I bought this watch because it reminded me of an original Bulova I had years ago that had a similar function. I love the new ones, I love the blue LEDs, they look so cool.

This is so cool. It keeps time and is retro cool. The quality is fantastic and I love the fact that the battery is easy to swap out. If you like cool retro gadgets then this is for you.

Bomber case. If thrown, it will most likely pierce a car windshield. Odd-angle sapphire crystal illuminated by bright LEDs. Chunky but not uncomfortable. Forget ultra simple set and design. It's super shiny. The locking works well. The jeweler managed to choose the right size. Looks like a weird sci-fi robot head with a vintage gear visor when lit and a neo-modern armband when off. Very happy with this purchase. Pressing a button keeps me from impulsively checking the time all day.

I was in college when Bulova released this watch in the seventies and I certainly couldn't afford to replace my super cheap Timex with it. I'm thrilled that Bulova reissued this and at a price that allowed me to buy the original in black and this one in SS. I like both, although I wear the black one more because it weighs less. Doesn't stop me from pushing the button for a while. I showed it to a young man at my church yesterday and he was fascinated! I had no idea LED watches even existed…
