Had to shave the contact pins of the buttons

Didn't work without packaging, had to shave every part that touches the button to make it work properly. Some other areas have been shaved off, obviously thicker than the original part. It's working fine now, but it took more trial and error than I'd like. It's hard to complain about the price. Contain the correct tools to get into the controller.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • boring packaging

Works perfectly

Very good bumper replacement at a low price. Disassembly was the hardest part but the rest went as advertised. Note when everything is reassembled it may touch the sides a bit. The simple solution is to cut off some of the plastic. The color is not deep black either, but rather a semi-matt dark grey. You might notice it all together once, but who cares since it works for $10 again.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Functionality

Easier said than done.

Disassembled the controller after watching 5-6 videos on replacing the RB1 button. Everything they said will be there, and pain in the ass is an understatement. I moved a thin thing, another thing moved. After I finally put it back together, the bottom part didn't move. I went back to the repair button but couldn't find the error. I should come back and try to solve the problem again later.

It works in the end - just needs a bit of work

Like the others I had to enlarge both holes in the center of the assembly. I used a 1/16" drill bit to enlarge both small circles and only then did the part fit properly. Given that and the rather steep price tag, I'm giving it three stars. I could pay a lot less if I wanted to. That Waiting for a part to ship from China takes 4-6 weeks so I paid a premium to get it sooner and I had to modify the part myself to actually make it work.Life before that!

Not suitable. Xbox One bluetooth controller with headphone jack.

My husband spent over an hour fitting them. He read other people's reviews, watched YouTube tutorials and still couldn't. I tried too. He probably took the controller apart and tried to assemble it 10 times. He inserted the new part into the on/off button part, but when he inserted that part into the rest of the controller, the buttons didn't click properly. He's tried all the tricks mentioned - loops, enlarging holes, etc. And it still didn't work. He ended up just placing the buttons on the…
