Not satisfied with hair extensions, wigs and accessories

The description says you will receive 8 packs but they only sent me 5…. And that means there wasn't enough hair to finish my hairstyle....hair gets tangled very quickly...

I ordered this hair thinking I would get 8 packs right?…. Yes No. I only have 4 packs. The hair is very soft and combable. It doesn't smell but I want the other 4 packs that were worth it 😩😒

Description states that the consumer was supposed to receive 8 packs, but only received 4 packs after receipt. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Poor quality and not worth the price paid. Bad product from this seller of this product.
