I ordered this set as a Christmas present and the grill came but no logs. I have emailed the seller about the situation and have not yet received a response. Hope we fix that. The grill itself seems to be well made and has a good design.

Slow and unprofessional

Terrible. I have made. He receives a general decree. I have had no reply from Revain or Burnie. No business phone number and no reply to emails for three days. Do not buy from this lethargic and unprofessional company.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • Minor problems

Maybe we have a dud or something.

So far I'm a bit disappointed. I bought these so my teenage son, who enjoys hiking and walking in the great outdoors, could cook over a small fire. Just for me. He lit the middle, and it took 40 to 60 minutes for anything to happen, and then it all smoldered and smoked. Not enough heat to cook 4 strips of bacon. Even the grill that came with it wasn't hot. At the moment I don't know what to think. I will update again later. We need to burn two more logs.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • sad packaging
