Poor quality best pants

Bought in October last year. Liked the design and the color. But after one ski season (maximum 8 snowboard trips), the pants lost their color, were no longer waterproof, 3 buttons fell off and, most importantly, large scratches formed at the bottom, which made them uncomfortable to wear. I expected more from Burton. (I'm an experienced 100lb snowboarder and haven't worn it for advanced tricks). Well, lesson learned.

Pros
  • comfortable item
Cons
  • very expensive

Tight hips and thighs

I wanted these large ski suits to be too tight in the hips. I couldn't even zip them up. and if I wanted to wear multiple layers I would have real problems. If you have skinny hips this might work for you but not for me. I love the color but I am disappointed that they had a size L in the product description which is a size 12-14. Curvy girls (hips and thighs) should be avoided.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Do you have hips? - Snowboarding

If you have squats and a muscular build, size up. I'm 5'6, 160 lbs. I originally bought the media. Every time I sat down and bent my knees, the side zippers would open! SUPER DISAPPOINTMENT. I sent the medium back and received the large one. The bibs are too loose on the torso and yet tight on the hips. And they still come loose when I bend my knees. I definitely get a lot of compliments on bibs, whether they're buttoned or unbuttoned.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Repair

Two thumbs up ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

I like her. They're expensive, but all snow gear is expensive. I read reviews on many websites and saw many people saying they are very small. I am here to say that this is not true. Maybe the last few seasons were small? That corresponds to the size. I'm 5ft 6in and 120lbs and the size fits me like a glove. If you want them to be free, increase the size. They're fairly thin and don't offer much warmth, so be sure to wear them under your armor or whatever you're wearing to keep warm.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Not bad but...

The best ๐Ÿ‚๐ŸŽ‰ in special sportswear

I've been snowboarding for many years and these are the best winter pants I've ever had. They are cute, they have such a slim fit - I have the same pant size I usually wear, XS. Not to discredit the product - the buttons open when I move BUT the zippers are enough and hold everything together. . Snapshots are like a reset for me. It can be annoying to hear or feel it happening, so I'm not at all worried about grabbing them. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Doubts

Clasps release easily

Update: I've used these bibs a number of times and they seem to have lost their water resistance. And one of the buttons sometimes comes loose when I bend down to fasten my bindings. I still like them and might buy another pair but wait for last season's sale or discount. I'm 1.35 m tall and wear pants in size 4-6. It fits really well. The color is beautiful and you can unzip it to use the bathroom. I agree with many other reviews that the buttons come off very easily, but when the zipper isโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others

Buying tip - why wear normal winter pants at all?!

I'm 5ft 3in and 55kg. I ordered size XS and they fit perfectly. They are adjustable on the straps to make them shorter or taller. I'm so glad I decided to go ahead and buy these because they've made my life so much easier. With normal winter pants, I've always pulled snow up my ass, that just doesn't happen with these. I learned to ski a few weeks ago and fell a few times, never got cold or wet and the snow didn't get in so it met my goals. They're slightly fitted so they're actually very cuteโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not the best

They are amazing in pants

As there is a lot of debate about the size of these pants I think I should add my experience. I wasn't sure if they would fit me well based on what I had read in previous reviews but they fit me. I'm 5ft 2in and 130lbs. Yes, they are long, but as we all know, length doesn't matter when you're wearing ski boots or surf boots. Also, all the cool kids roll up their pants when they're wearing regular shoes, so... Length isn't an issue, even though I'm short. I tried both the medium and small andโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Vulgarity

DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THE SELLER. Go straight through Burton.

I bought a pair of women's Avalon Bib Pant, wore them once and found the zipper broke. send their defective products back for repair. I loved them when I tried them on and I love the idea that I don't have to take off all my gear every time I need to pee. However, the side buttons are undone and the zippers are undone. So at the end of my run, my pants are unzipped and pulled down (a bit awkward). Note: This is not sizing related as I could easily fit in an XS, but I wanted a looser fit. Alsoโ€ฆ
