I use this thing religiously. Almost every night on arms and legs before going to bed. The smell is earthy but pleasant, it moisturizes the hands and feet well. I will also use a little when I get dry patches on my face during the colder months. Couldn't live without her.

Bouldering/climbing and your hands feel like they're mining some kind of ore or something. Calluses are crazy and need to be shaved every now and then (so they don't come off while climbing and you're out of action for a week). This is an amazing ointment, just the right viscosity to adhere to the skin with a light application, absorb properly and relieve calluses within a day or two...right after climbing they are god sent. the same goes for cracked heels. Highly recommended.

Not the fastest absorption but for cracked hands. I wash my hands a lot (I've had 4 in diapers plus constant paraphernalia, plus dry winters - I got painful cracks) and that was key for me. Do not style your hair after use
