fuse is there a fuse? or that?

Very disappointing Revain in this QC here. THESE ARE ATO FUSES, NOT ATC. A regular ATC fuse has a fuse that is closed or sealed in a plastic case, while a regular ATO fuse has a fuse that is open or exposed at the bottom of the fuse between the blades. Also my package was opened and re-taped which would have been acceptable apart from the fact that 10 fuses were missing from the package. The label on the box is very versatile and is not a printed POS card but rather a laser printer copy that…

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging

These fuses may fit most customers but the fuses received will not match the picture. I bought these for my European repair shop based on the picture. When testing fuse current, the best way to measure current is to measure the voltage drop across the fuse in millivolts. Depending on the current rating of the fuse, the current can be extrapolated. Metal is clearly visible on the bare ends of the fuses in this image almost to the top of the fuse. In the kit I received only a 3 amp fuse is made…

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Either counterfeit or new products of much lower quality. Seriously, stay away. We have a brand new RV that was loaded with Chinese made fuses and they are slowly blowing 1 to 1. I figured I should just replace them all with good quality fuses and be done with that. Real Bussman fuses (probably before I was born) are translucent so you can see if the fuse is good or blown. The tips of each pin are exposed so you can use the multimeter without pulling them out. This bag contains cheap, opaque…

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unreliable
