Look forward to more: Accessories

Okay, this is qualitatively a half descent map. I like the material this card is made of. It will definitely take a beating and keep going. But as for the details, unless you're following the exact route the makers of this map took, don't expect more than what other maps offer. If you are doing the same route, this is a useful tool. Simply a large, beautiful brochure

Unfortunately, the negative reviews are correct. I just received this map and it was clearly drawn by an artist and not a cartographer. They filled the entire route in one page and it's so small I literally have to use the magnifying glass app on my phone to read it (required to identify dirt or pavement). Pros
  • Waterproof, tear-resistant version
Cons
  • Almost everything included

It's good to have a descriptive paragraph, but "make sure to look at it". not that helpful with more details. A note though. It would be almost impossible to follow this route with just a map. They say it somewhere, either on ridebdr.com or somewhere on this map, but they warn that you must have multi-track GPS capability to…

Pros
  • A collection of various cross country routes created for big single state adventures on dirt public roads
Cons
  • Not sure
