🍯 Authentic Japanese Butter Case Enamel Container: A Chic and Practical Storage Solution Review

The problem was the height of the oiler. I had to cut a stick of butter horizontally so the white enamel lid would fit snugly on the bottom. Disappointing cost.

Nice oiler with simplified Japanese design I wanted this but had to return it because it didn't fit the 8 oz Kerrygold oil blocks I usually buy. The lid sat on the oil and didn't close completely. Still high quality, just didn't fit me because of the size.

Enamel resists both heat and cold, so it's generally a good food storage material (basically anything you need to keep fresh and out of air and low want to protect weight). This enamel oil container is beautiful and easy to clean. However, it is clearly designed for the Japanese oil product specification/norm (I used this case for Japanese oil products when I lived in Japan) and so its height is slightly shorter for most American oil products.
