Design and fit are as expected. This is a great office shirt that's versatile enough to go with a variety of pants, shoe and jacket combinations. My biggest problem is the standard price. Most shirts in this line start at $30. Maybe not much for some people, but as a low-paid nonprofit, I'm on a budget. And I need to look professional without breaking the bank. I usually order 14 ½ with 34" sleeves, but this time I chose 15 with 34" sleeves. The sleeves are ok (barely) but the size is too tight, although I've never worn a 15. This material is quite light, which makes it even more form-fitting. So make sure your uniform fits before you drape it with one of these. Bought four different "Button Down Brand" long sleeve shirts, all sold with 34" sleeves. None are 34 inches long. 3 were 33 inches or just under, and the fourth was between 33 and 34 inches. Since my arm is exactly 34 inches long, they fit very short, ending at my watch rather than the knuckle of my wrist, which I prefer. I really miss the classic Nordstrom shirts, which were also sold with one sleeve but were made to more stringent specifications.

The material is good and the quality was what I expected for the price. Unfortunately, the length of the shirts is quite short, especially the length of the tail. I suggested a 36 inch sleeve which almost always fits me well when buying other brands like Van Heusen or Joseph A Banks, but they are at least two inches shorter than the waist.
