I usually order 14 ½ with 34" sleeves, but this time I chose 15 with 34" sleeves. The sleeves are ok (barely) but the size is too tight, although I've never worn a 15. This material is quite light, which makes it even more form-fitting. So make sure your uniform fits before you drape it with one of these. I recommend at least one size up from your usual size and maybe half a size up. I wish I could try 15 ½ with 34 ½" sleeves or 16 x 35. If I didn't get such a good discount on the shirt I would return it. Instead I tell myself: -Got 20 minutes a day on the treadmill and is good (this will be the first time).
