This toaster works very well and I love the yellow vintage design. The defrost button is useful. My favorite part is that the lever goes further than the normal pop-up position, allowing you to easily take out foods that would otherwise be difficult to reach.

The toaster is easy to use and easy to clean I think (haven't tried it, just got it yesterday). My problem is that the toasts are uneven. As you can see from the photos, you can burn half your bagel and not finish half... I will update as things improve after more use.

I paid a little more for this toaster hoping it would perform better than the ones you can buy for $19. It's worth paying the extra dollars. Fry well on both sides. I like the yellow color I chose. It will have a new smell when you use it for the first two times. I recommend lowering the handle a few times and letting it warm up before you start putting bread in it. We are very happy with it.

I bought this toaster thinking it would be compact and fit on our kitchen counter. Normally there are only two of us for breakfast, this size seemed appropriate to us. Its construction is very cheap. It's so light that if the lever is pushed too hard to lower the loaf, it will lose its balance. A piece of sandwich bread (Orowheat brand) slightly wider than usual fits in the slots. Can't recommend it. But I can imagine what you pay.

I like almost everything about this toaster. It's so pretty, beautifully shaped, toasted on BOTH sides and not only has the color grades you choose for your toast, it also makes cupcakes, bagels, frozen waffles AND heats up the circuit if you haven't heard. ONE thing I can't understand why the manufacturer put a BLACK cord on this beautiful pastel colored toaster! You are crazy? Who glues black cord to kitchen utensils? I want them to change that. But I love it so much I won't be returning it.

Toaster looks good and has several different settings. There is a bagel mode and a defrost mode. However, the main reason I bought the toaster was to toast both sides evenly. Reviews said it toasted both sides of the bread evenly. Not in my toaster. I have to stop the toaster halfway and flip the bread so both sides toast evenly. However, it roasts the top, middle, and bottom equally. This is a definite improvement over my previous toaster.

Well the color was nice. But a toaster is not a decoration, it has to work, but this one doesn't. One side of the toast was burned even on the 1st setting. An ordinary slice of bread could hardly get into the slots. When I pulled the lever for the first time, it was clear that the toaster was cheaply made.
