Nothing to complain about yet unless it's the best box for watching movies and TV shows in 4k movies and shows with no interruptions and no buffering whatsoever, must have good wifi and a have strong signal , your 4k movies, I really hope this company is doing well, very satisfied #1 sales manager.

THIS PRODUCT IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF HOW NOT TO MAKE A PRODUCT. I AM SHOCKED THAT GOOGLE DOESN'T SUIT YOU. It's an Android device, but it's so awful it feels like a bunch of high schoolers put it together. HORRIBLE, UNSTABLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE - BAD! NO RESPONSIBILITY.

This product is too much privacy by default; This gives Google full access to all devices that are used via Bluetooth. It is not possible to remove all Google permissions. If you trust Google enough to accept their privacy policy and grant access to all information on your devices and allow them to track usage, then this is the device for you. Not me! In terms of performance and clarity, the device makes a good impression.

I'm really impressed with the interface. The IPTV interface is one of the best I've seen and you can install Netflix, Youtube etc so overall the box is really good. Unfortunately I tried several IPTV subscribers and had VOD problems with all of them. None of the videos play 5 minutes before freezing and I have to restart the device. Live streaming works but VOD freezes every time. I tried it with 3 different subscribers and they all had the same problem

I bought 3 of these units for different rooms in the house. Their PVR functionality is very buggy. I don't have a full record set up yet. When setting up a live recording, for some reason the recording stops after 10 minutes and I didn't even change the channel. If you set up a PVR recording manually, you'll get a slightly longer recording, but not the one you set it up for. There is an error somewhere and it means you cannot use the PVR functionality.
