This ointment is amazing. First I tried it at my grandma's and then I had to order something of my own. I like that it comes in a pack of 2. Arrived quickly, very well packaged. The package arrived very quickly and I have no complaints about this order. I like the smell, it's soft and unobtrusive. It's so luxurious on the lips. I can't imagine running out of these things!

Others complain that it is difficult to open but it hasn't put me off (I don't have such a problem) I didn't buy it because of the container but because of what's inside is on on the 2nd day of use i already noticed the difference on my lips. I've had chronically dry lips for almost a year and someone recommended this to me so I got it and I'm happy with the purchase.

My FAVORITE lip balm! Nothing else works like that for me. Too bad it doesn't come in a more convenient stick form, but there's no lip balm or lipstick that comes close to doing what this balm does! Warning for those who don't like the shiny look: it will be VERY shiny.
