It should be blue, purple and pink tie-dye and there is only a small pink spot, the cap looks almost solid dark blue :( Very flat for my 6 year old.

Nice hat. Fits my daughter well. Glitter goes everywhere. Many other reviews said there was no transfer, but everything within 3ft of the hat was covered in sequins. The hat was still shiny and my daughter loved it. But holy splendor.

Since an adult hat would be too big, I thought a child size with a smaller circumference would be better, but unfortunately the hat height is also shorter. The headband around my head was perfect, but it was over my ears so it looked and felt too small. The style is so cute. I wish they made hats for petite adults.

This cap's shine level is high, but the best part is that it doesn't leave a sparkle when you run your hand over it. My daughter has received many compliments on it. The only downside is that it looks a bit odd from above when she puts her hair in pigtails because of the extra hole (which also makes her more prone to sunburn in that part).

The only thing I would change about it. Velcro on the back does not hold; Both of my daughters' hats hardly sag after being adjusted and need to be adjusted while wearing. Would prefer buttons or strong velcro instead. Once when the tongue opened, the velcro got stuck in my daughter's hair - she cried when I had to pull it out. So everything else is fine, only a better closure couldn't hurt!

My daughter had a crazy day at school. Her hair goes down to her butt, so wearing a hat is always a problem! It worked great, I was able to style her hair and she could put her hat on and off during the day! For the record, she's 4.5 years old (with a decent head) and fits her a little better, but we only covered the velcro a bit! (Like I mentioned it was a crazy hat day so I had to brush it up a bit)
