Is there DSL over "copper "? YOU NEED IT!

I recently switched back to my phone company's DSL internet, although they still don't have fiber optic cable outside my house. I'm tired of occasional cable company outages, slow speeds even on high-speed numbers, and overcharging for the service. NOTE: In my experience, DSL at around 100 Mbps is always faster than 200 Mbps (or more) cable. . This is probably because data line (DSL) is the direct connection to your internet company while cable is the SHARE connection to your neighbors. I was…

Works great for an AT&T U-verse 50 feet from Jack's wall!

I purchased this cord to mount my AT&T U-Verse DSL Router 50 away from a wall outlet. And it worked great! In fact, my speed is slightly faster than when using the original and shorter green cable that came with the router. The reason I needed this cable was because I wanted to install the router in the middle of my house and mount it on the ceiling. However, my wall outlet was 50 feet away from me. At first I tried to buy a regular 50ft phone cord but it didn't work because even though I could

Garbage! I bought it because I was looking for a reliable, once-for-a-lifetime cable. I didn't know much about phone cords, but I learned quite a bit about RJ11 cords, crimping and wiring thanks to this horrible cord that gave me a lot of trouble. In short, these cables are made with very poor quality control and I had to take apart and reassemble mine to get it working. I doubled the cost of this cable to get it repaired because it would take me 4 hours of sweaty, nasty work to remove…

Totally satisfied with this RJ11 cable.

This RJ11 cable has replaced a cable that has been in use since about 1986. Thought it was time for an update! The cable I replaced was unshielded so all sorts of noise got into the line. Since using DSL I've noticed a nice speed boost (nothing major, another 100kbps on download) which I can only attribute to a reduction in the noise on my line! Aside from the extra performance of this cable, they also look very cool. The cable's outer insulating material is transparent so you can see the…
