Is there DSL over "copper "? YOU NEED IT!

I recently switched back to my phone company's DSL internet, although they still don't have fiber optic cable outside my house. I'm tired of occasional cable company outages, slow speeds even on high-speed numbers, and overcharging for the service. NOTE: In my experience, DSL at around 100 Mbps is always faster than 200 Mbps (or more) cable. . This is probably because data line (DSL) is the direct connection to your internet company while cable is the SHARE connection to your neighbors. I was told by the installer that a 4 wire RJ11 phone cord was needed and he used the one I already had. They will supply one, but it's about the same quality as mine. And I got slower speeds than before with DSL (same company and location). I looked around and saw that there was a better quality phone cord out there so I found this one and ordered it. It costs 3 to 4 times what traditional phone cables cost, but is worth every penny. The main problem with standard RJ11 phone cords is that they are NOT shielded. Four wires in two "twisted pairs" and a shield around them help reduce noise from power cables and other electromagnetic interference. This cable has both. My speed has more than doubled, almost up to the maximum paid speed. All three indicators have improved significantly! I couldn't be happier with this cable.
