Very good user interface, it is very clear where they are coming from with their messaging platform or what features you need them to take away most! I really like that there isn't much for me as an end-user - we have everything right here in one place which can be seen by our customers at any given time if needed. Really no problems so far. They seem committed too making sure people who are interested get all of their questions answered without fail (which seems almost unfair!). Good value…
