Boxes fall apart after about 10 uses

When I'm changing a dozen tapes on our server farm, I don't want to deal with falling boxes while I'm juggling them. And no, I don't want to buy cassettes just to look for replacement cassettes. This is not new technology. In fact, earlier HP tapes didn't have this problem.
