I can use them for any job. Well made, easy to patch, ideal for high density panels and faceplates. FYI, Linkomm also sells the exact same connector at a slightly lower price. I tested them with a Digilink Global Cat6 CMR cable that I still have. Tested with Lantek 7G Certifier and also with SignalTEK-CT to test throughput. Easily passed tests in 280+ feet.

This is a great product if "slim profile" is your concern. This combined with the right tool/cutter is a dynamite combination. Fast Simple Outperforms all other methods. But the tool and the plug have to match. Don't be fooled, the tool only works with a thin line. Thin Category 6 RJ45 plugs are hard to come by.

Excellent dowels. Unlike many other keystone jacks, these multi-port (4 in my case) Leviton QuickPort Decora fit wall inserts. I had to buy and return a few pieces that were too wide to fit side by side in these inserts.

Thin, center bay is narrow so it's best to punch close pairs of green and blue and then far pairs of orange and brown to avoid overloading the center the punching tool.

I redesigned the network in my house by repositioning the network closet. The price difference between Cat5e and Cat6 ports was negligible, I figured if I switched to Cat6 cable in the future (I reused the taps I had by simply rerouting them to a new location) the ports would work for that.
