Easy on the eyes although a bit thick.

Only used for 4K but would like a little for the future. Connecting a 4K projector to a computer. Nice for the eyes - nice when you can't hide any cables. The cable is thick (you can see it in the photos next to a medium to large power cord for comparison) and a little stiff, but looks OK. The white plastic ends scratch easily and the woven casing can snag in rough corners. Overall satisfied. Something thinner and more flexible would be ideal.

Pros
  • I like everything so far
Cons
  • Long delivery time

almost too expensive for video cables

This HDMI cable is technically what you expect it to be. 4k60 and such. Your game console will do. I bought the white one so it's easy to identify on both ends. He's FAT too. 8.4 mm (approx. 11/32 inch) in diameter. You can hang a TV on this piece. You can use it to tow a car. any twists and turns, i don't think it will be fun.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • The list is long.

Not as advertised. best in HDMI cable

Runs between TV (LG OLED65CXPUA) and soundbar (Samsung HW-Q900T). The processing is excellent, the braiding is of high quality, it lies perfectly in the hand. That's where the positives end. Does not support 4k120. Permanent ARC shutdowns. ARC issues are resolved with the soundbar's incoming HDMI cable, which is a regular cable. although it doesn't do 4k120 either. Got a Zeskit certified cable, now both issues are resolved. I figured I could trust Cable Matters and wanted a braided cable. I…

Excellent option for affordable 4K @ 120Hz long lines

The only option I've found for a long cable length that can support 48Gbps and 4K at 120Hz without an expensive amplifier. Also, no keystone for wall panels seems to be standard compliant, so I had to run a long cable from the TV through the wall to the entertainment center and PS5. The longer length gave me free space. I had to drill a larger hole in the bezel so I could run the cable through it without the keystone. It was very inexpensive and worked as advertised. Highly recommended.

Cable Matters Delivers Again

I have been satisfied with every cable accessory purchase and this one is no exception. There are no weird night flights in a Chinese name here (not that all these brands are bad). I have about 8 long cables from Cable Matters that did the job with no problems. I can't test the 48Gb/s capability of this cable though (I still try to order a 3080 every month). 18 Gbps to transfer 4k60 and 1440p120 smoothly. Weaving is a beautiful look, no kink and annoying look. The cable ends feel solid but not…

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!

  • Not bad, but...

Not the quality you expect from Cable Matters.

I bought three of these cables. A tip came off clean. I had to use tweezers to get the minutes out of my TV since it was in an eARC port. The second periodically loses sync, and I noticed that a tip was hanging out. The third works exactly as you would expect from a Cable Matters product. I have already returned one, the return period for the second has already expired. I can contact Cable Matters for a second cable warranty. HDMI cables are always fragile, but they seem too flimsy when you're…
