There is too much plastic around the micro connector.

I used this to connect a Raspberry PI Zero to a monitor. It works great aside from the fact that the molded plastic needs to be shaved off about 1/16th of an inch to plug into the Pi Zero when the Zero is in its case. It would make sense to leave the plug a little more open.

works for Raspberry Pi Zero W

Used to set up multiple PiHole devices for "smart" TVs in a few modest households more lazy (not headless) until they master the pfSense skill to to support their own respective pfBlockerNG. Yes, DNS service over Wi-Fi is subpar. Delaying UI rendering to filter 3rd party ads with a limited audience is an acceptable tradeoff for $5.

Works but is loose

Signal OK. The mini HDMI is a little TOO mini, it fits loosely in the port where I use it when the bluerigger mini hdmi to hdmi cable is nice and snug. I should have just bought the second one, but got this one as I have a million HDMI cables lying around. i kept the adapters but i would get a direct mini hdmi to hdmi cable if i had to forget the adapter again.

3 of 4 Worked - Computer Accessories & Peripherals

From the first set ordered none of them could get it to work, tested on the same connector and TV. They sent me a replacement set and the second pair worked with no problems. That's the only reason I took off a star, they're good and cheap. Luckily I've had time to wait and test them, but if you have a deadline I'd almost recommend ordering more than you need just to be safe and return the bad or unwanted ones.

Don't waste money.

Should have listened to other reviews. I didn't and wasted my money. I bought these to use on a monitor that only uses mini HDMI. It didn't work at all. The "male" part didn't fit into the "female" socket on my screen. It was too loose. It wouldn't stay in place. I literally had to hold it in place to get the connection to work, but as soon as I put it down, "lost signal". This happened with both adapters. It's not even worth trying because of the lower price. 👎🏾

The HDMI to HDMI Mini Adapter is intermittent due to a design flaw and may cause problems.

The HDMI mini HDMI product is faulty and gives me an intermittent connection because the length of the mini HDMI connection is too short. The length of the connector is 6.47mm and should be 7.3mm for proper operation. Unfortunately, by the time I received the technical report as to why this was not working properly, it was too late to return the number of unopened adapters I had purchased. At the moment I cannot recommend this product and it would be nice if Cable Matters would refund my…

UPDATED February 1, 2019 Didn't work for me

UPDATE: Cable Matters refunded my cables and didn't even ask for it. I bought a Simbans tablet at the same time as buying it. I like watching movies on my tablet. I connected my new mini HDMI to HDMI cable to my new tablet. Didn't work, crap. So I went and brought my son and he played with the cable and finally announced that it was a bad cable. Thank goodness there are two. The second cable had to wiggle a lot to get it working. While watching a movie, he disconnected from the tablet. Needless

3 of 4 Working - DVI to HDMI Adapter
