The fork fell apart after literally 20 uses. It just fell apart completely after I tried to unplug it from my TV's HDMI port. Very disappointed and very upset that I no longer have the option to connect my Macbook to my TV.

It's pretty much useless: one of those HDMI cables that you have to plug and unplug multiple times after a power outage to get it working again. Descent. Good HDMI cables do not. Also, it's a FAT cable. So it doesn't work very well if you want the cable to be flexible and not pull down on your laptop. A tiny piece of thin cable is grafted into the end of the USB-C, but the rest of the cable is thick and not flexible.

I am disappointed that this cable is not working effectively for my Dell XPS 13. At first the image from my computer was displayed on the TV, but whenever I switched documents, the image on the TV went black/turned off. This cable is not reliable for a business meeting and will not work if you want to move from one document to another. My experience was only with my Dell XPS 13 so I can't speak to any other type of computer this cable is advertised for.

I don't usually write product reviews but I feel the need for this product. Build quality is excellent, with gold-plated connectors on both ends. Part of the HDMI cable looks like a very thin wire suitable for a cable of this length, but at the same time it is flexible and not too rigid as it can damage the connectors on your AV equipment. I was planning to use this with the Lumia 950 to view video on an external monitor while traveling without having to buy a Continuum dock. After connecting to the TV, I received a Continuum welcome message and a quick start guide. everything seemed fine. However, when I started playing the video, I found that there was no sound.
